- Boys Hostel
The hostel facility is provided to all the Under Graduate and Post Graduate students of Agartala Govt. Medical College. There are separate hostels for Boys. Resident Doctors‘Hostel is also available for all residents. Boys‘ Hostel has 60 capacity Boys‘ Interns Hostel (G+3) in 60 rooms.
- Girls Hostel
The hostel facility is provided to all the Under Graduate and Post Graduate students of Agartala Govt. Medical College. There are separate hostels for girls. Resident Doctors‘Hostel is also available for all residents. Girls‘ Hostel has 40 capacity Girls‘ Interns Hostel (G+3) in 40 rooms.

Overall the college is very good
College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is really good, the college have 5 floors, each floor has lecture hall, there is AC in every lecture hall and and in every dept where class takes place. Two elevators are there which can take upto 30 people at a time

AGMC (Tripura) is around Rs 66500-75100 per year which will be around 3 lakhs total + hostel and books fees.
RIMS (Manipur) total is around Rs 6400 per year from their official site which is around 30,000 total + hostel and books fees.
NEIGRIMS (Meghalaya) total is Rs 6020 per
