The college campus offers two three-story hostels, one each with a capacity of 75 students. The college is specifically for male students and is facilitated with the resident warden and other staff members. The rolls are well-furnished with Wifi and televisions as additional amenities. The hostel is also equipped with common rooms, guest rooms, sick rooms and a cafeteria.

The girls' hostel at the AIMETC campus is equipped with basic amenities such as well-furnished rooms, television, common rooms, guest rooms, and other recreational facilities. The campus has two three-story separate hostels for female students and provides staff and surveillance for a sense of security.

To ensure that the students are looked after and cared for in case of any medical emergency, the college offers medical facilities to students and the faculty members. The first-aid kit is available on campus whereas in case of severe emergencies, a hospital is nearby.

The college campus is equipped with a gym for female and male students to promote their physical fitness and health. The gym is fully equipped with modern equipment along with offering a range of options in cardio training, weight training and others.

The AIMTEC’s library entails information material for students and faculty members in various subjects such as social sciences, psychology, economics, general management and many others. The library acts as a hub of knowledge for research and educational purposes. 

AIMTEC has developed infrastructure for outdoor sports like cricket, basketball, volleyball, and badminton. Infrastructure for indoor games such as table tennis, chess and carrom are also available. The college aims to promote the athletes of AIMTEC by providing them facilities and training in their respective sport.

The college is equipped with a computer centre with high-end servers responsible for fast accessibility of information across campus. The computer centre has 544 computers, out of which 3 are servers, 15 laptops and 526 desktops with C2D and core i3 processors. 

The cafeteria of AIMETC offers hygienic food to faculty members, day scholars and hostellers. The canteen serves a variety of food and offers pre-packaged food at subsidised rates to the students.

The campus has an auditorium for organising various educational and cultural events throughout the academic year. The auditorium can accommodate 300 students at once making it perfect for seminars, guest lectures, cultural competitions and others.

The college offers a 52-seater deluxe bus fitted with a music system for the students to travel in regularly and for field trips. The bus provides students the facility to easily commute from their homes to college. They are also used during industrial visits and excursion trips conducted by the college.

The alumni of the AIMETC Jalandhar keep in touch with college authorities and juniors to help them provide career opportunities and learnings. Regular interactions are set-up by the college for students to help them network and make industry connections.

The labs on the AIMETC Jalandhar campus are responsible for providing students with hands-on learning and practising. Different labs as per the departments are provided on campus for educational and research purposes.

Comfortable rooms for students and guest lectures are provided on the college campus. The idea is for guests to have comfortable seating space so that they can relax and wait for the time being. 

The college offers cultural and educational clubs for students including a marketing club, human resource club, finance club and many others. These are responsible for providing students with a holistic experience and learning new things.

The T&P cell is responsible for providing students with placement opportunities and pre-placement training. The cell interacts with various industry partners and invites them to the campus for recruitment drives held for graduate students.
