Aurora's Seethaiah Engineering College a renowned engineering college located in Nalgonda of suburban Telangana was established in the year 2006. A co-educational institute which has been imparting technical education for the last one and a half decade. Recognised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), ASEC has a wide engineering curriculum. With a faculty of 116 dedicated members of the faculty, governance at this college is headed in the right direction in their provision of quality education and personal tutorship to their students. Bachelor’s degree, Master of Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering consists 17 courses that enabled ASEC to give the environment in learning engineering education.

Aurora's Seethaiah Engineering College infrastructure has well equipped facility with different acceptable amenities that is having suitable positive impacts to students. From these, the library is unique in being a repository of knowledge and sources for learning in particular and learning in general. Since most students have just one or two breaks between classes, the cafeteria is available during free times and also before and after lunch. These facilities play a critical in the establishment of positive learning environment, support systems as well as student interaction that is so important in college.

ASEC provides its students with 17 programs, which are all full-time programs. Currently, under graduate engineering is its main offering with the bachelor of technology (B.Tech) being its major offering. The college offers the B.Tech programs in the specialized areas like Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics & communication Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Information technology and Mechanical Engineering. All of these four-year programs are intended to help students acquire current information and techniques to be employed in the quickly changing and revolutionary information technology sector to be successful professional in their esteem field.

The admission process for the Aurora’s Seethaiah Engineering College has been kept simple and easily understandable by the students. Hence, for B.Tech programmes we require the student to have completed their 10+2 education and have necessary subjects for the programme. Despite the differences in specific requirements for admission into various courses, the college basely uses the performance a candidate had scored in qualifying examinations. For example, in case of B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering the candidate/ians must have appeared for 10+2 with the qualifying exam.
