Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Professional Studies placement cell provides placement opportunities to all the eligible students. The BCIPS New Delhi placement cell is supervised by the faculty coordinators and student representatives. The BCIPS New Delhi placement cell works in close cooperation with GGSIPU Centralised Career Guidance & Placement Cell and conducts managerial skill development workshops on resume writing, group discussions, mock interviews, employability tests, business simulations and various aptitude tests.

BCIPS New Delhi placement is conducted on-campus and an array of companies visit the BCIPS campus to select the students. In some of the cases, the BCIPS New Delhi placement is also conducted off-campus, as per the requirements. Students have also been selected for summer internships and live internships. As per the BCIPS New Delhi placement statistics given in the NIRF 2024 report, Rs 3,00,000 per annum is the median package offered to the students in the year 2023.

BCIPS New Delhi Placement Process

The institute releases its placement brochure.
After that the BCIPS New Delhi placement cell contacts the recruiters.
Interested recruiters contact the BCIPS New Delhi placement cell through email or phone.
The time and date for pre-placement talks are decided with mutual consent of the recruiters and the cell.
During the pre-placement talk, job requirements, company expectations and the job profiles offered, etc are discussed.
Dates of the final placement are discussed.
Resumes of interested candidates meeting the skill set requirements are forwarded to the companies for shortlisting.
CVs of the candidates are also invited by the companies for shortlisting before coming to the campus.
At last, candidates have to appear for the interview for the final selection.
Selected candidates are informed through the placement cell and job letters are offered.
