Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune has completed the Campus Recruitment Programme 2023 for the MBA Batch of 2022-24. placements for the MBA batch. As per the latest placement report, SIBM Pune highest package and average package stood at Rs. 49 LPA and Rs. 28.16 LPA. During SIBM Pune placements 2023, 96 PrePlacement Offers (PPOs) were received.

This year SIBM Pune has witnessed outstanding success with a record-breaking number of more than 99 recruiters in sectors like Automotive, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG/FMCD, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, IT/ITES, Manufacturing and more. Top companies offered coveted roles in Consulting & Strategy, Finance, General Management, Human Resources, Operations & Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing. The highest CTC this year reached Rs. 49 LPA, with an average CTC of Rs. 28.16 LPA and a median CTC of Rs. 25 LPA. Top recruiters of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management are Accenture, Airtel, Amazon, Capgemini, Axis Bank, Cipla, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Tata Capital, Tata Steel, Genpact, Bajaj and others.

SIBM Pune has also successfully concluded its Summer Internship Recruitment Programme 2023 for the 46th MBA Flagship batch of 2023-25. The SIBM Pune highest stipend and average stipend stood at Rs. 4.50 lakhs and Rs. 3.23 lakhs for two months during SIBM Pune summer internships. The median stipend stood at Rs. 3.00 lakhs for two months. The recruitment process of the current year witnessed the participation of over 70 organisations across diverse sectors, including Automotive and Manufacturing, BFSI, Consulting, FMCG / FMCD, Healthcare and IT / ITES.

Last year, the highest package offered was ₹35 LPA, and it went to a marketing major. c. The average package is around ₹23-25 LPA. 100% of the students were placed. A lot of companies visit the campus including Deloitte, KPMG, E&Y, CRISIL, ICICI Lombard, Cipla and many more. 100% of the students were placed for the summer internship as well with roles of Marketing manager, product manager, financial analysts etc.
