The college has well-furnished boys hostels for accommodation of students. The hostels are located within college premises. Hostels are equipped with basic facilities for students. 

DC School of Architecture and Design Trivandrum has individual hostels for girls. For the safety of students, round-the-clock security is available at girls hostels. The girls hostels have basic amenities for the convenience of students. 

The entire campus of DC School of Architecture and Design Trivandrum is wifi enabled. The 60 Mbps lan connectivity ensures students can access the internet in every corner of the campus. 

The library present at the campus has a large collection of books, journals, reference books, publications etc. Students can easily find management, architecture, commerce etc. streams books in the library. 

The college premises has a cafeteria that provides delicious food and beverages to students. Further, a coffee shop is also present at the campus. 

A amphitheatre with a seating capacity of more than 2000 people is present at the campus. It hosts academic and non-academic events of DC School of Architecture and Design Trivandrum.

The medical centre of the institute caters the medical needs of students, staff and faculty members. The medical centre is equipped with basic medical facilities for first aid.
