The college provides 3 boys hostels with an accommodation of over 800 students. The hostels are well furnished with good infrastructural facilities. Mess facilities are also available.

DMS, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur offers one girls hostel with over 430 girl students. Furthermore, a dedicated recreation hall is available for leisure activities, complemented by meal services through the hostel mess facilities.

The college library on the main campus caters for the needs and exigencies of the students, teachers and Research scholars. The well-stocked library offers an inventory of over 128000 books, 400+ back volumes of journals and around 1500 PhD theses. Free Internet facilities with UGC Info net and INDEST consortia services are also available.

 The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The college provides spacious and well-equipped auditorium facilities within the campus. The auditorium is used for conducting various academic activities and cultural programmes. 

Medical facilities are available for the students and residents of the campus under the guidance of a Medical Officer and other visiting specialists, as per needs. Specialists from CIMS also visit the health centre on the campus from time to time for specialised checkups & advice. 

The Cafeteria successfully caters to the daily needs of the university community. The Cafeteria remains open on all working days from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m

The college has modernised a computer centre with several versions of Linux and Windows operating systems to complement. A large number of peripherals such as printers, LCD projectors, scanners and other multimedia are also available along with the Internet facility to its students.

DMS, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur has a fully furnished Sports Centre to promote the athletic expertise of youth. The college provides facilities for both indoor and outdoor sports to its students.

The college provides forestry guest rooms and International guest houses with all the required amenities. The guest rooms can be used by visiting faculty members and relatives of students.
