Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) is a full-time five-year and six months, including a one-year internship undergraduate degree course offered by the Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

Age limit- should have completed the age of 17 years before admission
+2 Passed with 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology & Botany)-other communities
+2 Passed with 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology & Botany)-Backward communities/BC (Muslim)
+2 Passed with 40% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology & Botany)-Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities
+2 Passed with 35% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology & Botany)- Scheduled caste, Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyar), Scheduled Tribe
The candidates under the Physically Challenged Category– (Locomotor Disability of lower limbs alone) OC/BC/BCM/MBC/DC should have obtained a minimum of 40% marks in each prescribed subject in the qualifying Examination.
