The College has Nursing Learning Laboratories consisting of a nursing skills lab, physical assessment lab, and human patient simulation lab that provide students with a variety of opportunities to see, learn, and practice nursing skills and procedures in a simulated setting. The lab is staffed by faculty and graduate assistants who are always available to assist students. The lab also contains many resources available to students such as equipment, books, and journals.

The College has computer labs and classrooms to assist students that will enhance their chances of succeeding in technology-based classroom assignments and to provide access to equipment that will support the needs of instruction where we celebrate life-long learning. Keeping pace with the latest technology, we at Choithram have a fully equipped computer lab with multimedia and a full-time internet facility. 

The college campus is also a Wi-Fi zone (uses 24-hour internet). Students are encouraged to utilize it to the maximum.Net connectivity is also available to students without any extra charges. It has audio-visual facilities with an LC D projector to transform education with the latest technology. 

The college library of the institute has an excellent collection of references/textbooks and periodicals related to various fields with an on-process updation. From time to time, books and journals are added to the present ‘printed friends’ to fulfill the demands of the faculty and the students.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Fully furnished single-seated rooms with a balcony, Water purification system for drinking water, Geysers for hot water during winters, TV room & indoor games facility, Resident warden and residential, faculty for better supervision, Visiting a doctor's Medical facility, Hygienic, nutritious, and home-like vegetarian meals and snacks.

The college has a girls’ hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Separate mess facilities for hostel Boys and Girls are also available customized to suit every need and budget. Most of the daily needed items and refreshments are available on the campus at the institute’s canteen.
