IIL Indore Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

In the Indore Institute of Law, placements 2023 (NIRF 2024), 72 out of 235 students from the 3-year LLB programme got jobs with a median salary of Rs 4 lakhs. Meanwhile, 75 out of 137 students from the 5-year UG programme (BA LLB and BBA LLB) secured placements with a median salary of Rs 5.45 lakhs. 7 students were placed in the LLM programme and received a median salary of Rs 3.60 lakhs.

The placement cell of the Indore Institute of Law also organises placement training to ensure that candidates are placed successfully. IIL Indore placement cell also contacts various industries and companies to keep the students updated about current industry trends. 

• The RCC sends invitations and placement brochures to organisations. Companies can also send job descriptions to the placement cell.

• Recruiters provide prospective students with information about their organisation, career prospects, and compensation packages.

• Recruiters conduct screening processes like group discussions. They can set their shortlisting policies. If no specific procedure is in place, all CVs of interested students are sent to the recruiter.

• After screening, recruiters create a final interview list and a waitlist. If a candidate on the final list can’t attend, waitlisted candidates may be interviewed.

• The RCC announces results at the end of the day. Recruiters discuss their final interviews and offers with the RCC. In overlapping offers, waitlisted candidates may be considered for final offers.

As per the Indore Institute of Law placement statistics (data taken from NIRF) for the 3-year UG programme, out of 189 eligible candidates, 67 candidates have been placed in the year 2021 with an Indore Institute of Law average package of Rs 3.60 lakhs per annum. However, 62 students opted for higher studies at IIL Indore in 2021. According to the IIL Indore placement statistics for the 5-year UG programme, out of 189 eligible candidates, 94 students have been placed in the year 2021 with an IIL Indore median salary of Rs 4.25 lakhs per annum.
