Thoburn College has a Placement Cell that helps on the hassle-free condition of the placement process. The Placement Cell organises various seminars, workshops, group discussions, and mock interviews to enhance the skills of the students so that they are capable of meeting the skill requirements as demanded by the recruiters. The cell ensures that the maximum number of students are offered jobs by the companies visiting the campus for placement. The Placement Cell also focuses on soft skill development along with the other skills. The placement process includes invitation the companies from different sectors, fixing od dates for conducting the drive, delivery of a pre-placement talk by the recruiters, shortlisting the CVs of the candidates who meet the pre-hiring requirement, written test, Group Discussion and interview. Job offer letters are given to those candidates who qualify all the stages of the placement process.
