DS Degree College, Aligarh has a training and placement cell that conducts the smooth placement drive for the students. It builds a relationship with many reputed companies. T&P cell also helps in the overall personality development of the students by organising lectures, workshops, etc. The cell helps the students in preparing for the aptitude test, group discussions and interview by conducting mock interviews, sample aptitude and reasoning tests. It also ensures that the maximum number of students got placed in a reputed company. The placement process of DSDC is given below:

• The cell of DSDC sends an invitation to the companies by mail for the recruitment drive with all the details. 
• The interested companies will revert back to the institute with the dates they want to conduct placement drives. Both, the companies and the cell will agree to the date and then the company will visit for the pre-placement talk.
• The company shortlists the students and also makes a waiting list of students for the recruitment process.
• Placement Cell assigns dates for the recruitment process on the basis of students' preference and job profile.
• Companies visit the campus and conduct tests/interviews/group discussions etc as per their recruitment process.
• Once the student is selected, Placement Cell also coordinates the signing on offer letter by the selected student.
