Mahalakshmi Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli (MEC) is an emerging college which was set up in the year 2011. This affiliated college is situated in Tamil Nadu, India and has an area coverage of about 11 acres. MEC is sponsored by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) that aims at standardisation of technical education in engineering streams. Physical fitness and recreational amenities for MEC include a gym and tennis, volleyball/basketball courts, football/cricket ground.
