Each unit in the NIMS Hostel Complex allows privacy and personal space to a student while giving a chance to live together and foster comradeship. Just as in an apartment, three / four private, single occupancy rooms open into a common living room equipped with a television set ( optional in AC rooms), internet access and a pantry making it a completely independent unit. The hostels are air-conditioned, comfortable and conducive for the students to have a productive campus life, providing a perfect setting for academic pursuits

NIMS University has NIMS Super Specialty Hospital within the campus which runs 24X7 and is available for quick action for all our resident students and staff. University has various emergency vans and ambulances fully equipped with appropriate medical equipment, medication and stretchers.

The NIMS central library was established in the year 2008, it is housed in a 2500 sq. m., University and maintains well-stocked separate libraries for each of its colleges and faculties. These libraries have approximately 62166 books on varied subjects and have subscriptions to print version of 288 national and international journals besides access to a host of e-journals. Fully automated and all the in-house operations performed by the library management software in all the associated libraries which will improve the users’ services. The University has subscribed the Clinical Key, DELNET, EBSCOhost and Maupatra database providing access to full-text research articles and sector-specific reports in different disciplines

The child health nursing department has a separate laboratory adjoining with the maternal health nursing laboratory which is well equipped with mannequins and advanced necessary equipment to develop student’s skills in performing various child health nursing procedures. Department is also collaborating with our own and government primary health center for exposing the students to enormous maternal and child health programmes.

NIMS University's transport department runs a fleet of buses and shuttle services to facilitate its students and staff to commute to and from various places in Jaipur City to the University Campus. University Also facilitates Shuttle services on daily basis for students to visit various places in Jaipur City
