NRI Medical College, located at Chinakakani in the district of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, was founded in the year 2003. Affiliated with the National Medical Commission, the college provides a variety of medical programmes. Its affiliated college is approved for offering a wide array of medical programmes across specialisations. The lush green 50-acre campus has a faculty strength to the tune of 287. The infrastructure of NRI Medical College is very good, and there are sufficient facilities to help students in their academics and personal growth. Other courses include super-speciality courses in DM in Cardiology, Neurology, and Nephrology while receiving M.Ch in Neurosurgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. The intake of NRI Medical College is carried out through the entrance examinations conducted at the national level. For the MBBS programme, candidates need to be qualified through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG). For the postgraduate levels of the MD and MS programmes, admissions are conducted from NEET PG ranking, and super speciality level programmes, including DM and M.Ch, include NEET SS. The college follows the process of counselling held by the concerned authorities for seat allotment.
