The hostel mess serves hygienic and nutritious food in spacious dining hall. Round-the-clock security services ensure adequate safety to the inmates of the hostels. There is a dedicated committee consisting of wardens and assistant wardens — headed by the principal — to oversee hostel facilities, maintenance of discipline and to address the problems of the hostel inmates if any.

The Institute has a well-equipped air conditioned Gymnasium for both the staff and students with a qualified physical trainer.

Library is centrally air conditioned and has a wealth of information on a myriad of subjects. Specialized collection of books, periodicals, journals, e-journals and other study materials are available in all the disciplines. A collection of e-journals and e-books is available in digital library. A fully-equipped computer lab with internet facilities and spacious reading rooms with audio-visual aids are also a part of the library. Topics of various subjects have also been covered in CD-ROMs for the benefit of the students. RMRI is also a member of National networks like INFLIBNET, DELNET, etc. through which the collections of various institutions in India and abroad are accessible to the users for record searching.

Asophisticated health club, outdoor and indoor games facilities are available to keep would be doctors-to-be physically fit. Students can indulge in sports such as football, basketball, cricket, hockey,etc. and indoor games like badminton and table tennis.

Information Technology has become increasingly crucial for effective acquisition and dissemination of knowledge. Therefore, Computer professionals in RMRI are adopting best practices for integrating these technologies in support of teaching and learning.

Well-maintained cafeteria in RMRI serves hygienic food at reasonable rates. Students and staff members are provided with a choice of north Indian and south Indian cuisines. A separate canteen, adjacent to the hospital is also available for patients and caregivers.

The Rajshree Group of Institutions organizes seminars and special talks on various topics of academic and social interest where students and faculty members have the opportunity to interact. Eminent educationists and experts from diverse areas are invited as resource persons to deliver lectures on different topics. Students are encouraged to organize and participate in the seminars on a regular basis to enhance their skills.

The Institute arranges pick and drop facility, from all corners of the city to the college and hospital, every hour for the staff, students, patients and their caregivers. Vehicles are available for the staff and students involved in community healthcare services.

The College Library was started in the year 1984, and also functioning in the Main Building of the college (Main Block). Now it has been shifted to a spacious New Central Library Block with an area of 4000sq.m. It is a two-storied Building. A Conference Hall, Audio-visual section, Reference Section, Language Lab, Digital Library are in the first floor Stacksections, Circulation Section, Informal Reading Section, Book Bank Section and binding Section are in the Ground Floor.
