The Sawkar Homoeopathic Medical College Gymkhana provides facilities for various Indoor and Outdoor games. Facilities are also provided within the college premises for playing volleyball. Facilities for indoor games like table tennis, carrom and chess are also made available to the students. College gives importance to a maximum participation of the students at intercollegiate level in various games. We also conduct Inter College Tournaments and we also have a sports day for students Teaching staff and Non-Teaching Staff who participate in large numbers. The college maintains an up-to-date first aid box which includes life-saving drugs. Yoga and Value addition: To ensure healthy mind in the healthy body, the College organizes sessions on yoga.

Canteen has a big kitchen and kitchen staff takes extra care to provide the students and staff with nutritious and hygienic food in the campus canteen. The canteen remains open for 365 days a year. It is a pleasant sight to see students spread out across the quadrangle, enjoying their food in groups. The canteen also runs a Mess for Hostel Students where delicious Maharashtrian food is served in Lunch and Dinner. The overall administration of the Canteen is under the supervision of a Canteen Committee comprising of representatives from Students, Staff and Hostel Rector
