SITS starts by inviting companies that are interested in hiring from college.
Before the placement process, arrange a pre-placement talk with the companies.
SITS helps students prepare for the placement process by providing guidance on resume writing, career advice, and mock interviews.
Set up interviews with the companies and provide them with a date and time for each.
Conduct the interviews as scheduled and provide feedback to both the students and the companies.
After the interviews, finalise the placements and offer letters to successful candidates.
