TDV Noida Admissions 2024: The Design Village (TDV) is a design institute in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, that offers undergraduate, postgraduate and integrated degree programmes in different fields of fashion and design. The institute offers seven UG programmes, four PG programmes, one executive and one integrated course. TDV Noida admissions are based on the performance of the candidates in the TDV Design Entrance Test (DET), which is conducted both online and offline. The DET consists of a written test, a situation test, and a personal interview. The Design Village offers Bachelor of Design (B.Des) programmes in seven specialisations. The duration of B.Des programmes is four years.

The written test evaluates the candidates’ aptitude for design, creativity, logical reasoning, and general awareness.
The situation test assesses the candidates’ ability to handle materials and create solutions for given problems.
The personal interview evaluates the candidates’ personality, communication skills, portfolio, and motivation for design.
The final selection is based on the cumulative performance of the candidates in all the three stages of DET.
TDV offers Master of Design (M.Des) programmes in four specialisations, namely Graphic Design, Product Design, Space and Interior Design and Fashion and Textile Design with 32 seats in total i.e. 8 for each specialisation. Check the table below for the eligibility criteria

I am studying and textile design because I have always been interested in creativity and how desigb can be used to express ideas and solve problems. Yes the curriculam reflect trends in design especially in area like digital tools and user centric thinking.
