College Infrastructure
The college provides free WiFi to every student, essential for visual communication design students like me who heavily rely on laptops. The infrastructure is remarkable, featuring air-conditioned classrooms, well-equipped labs, and IT rooms to accommodate the creative process. The campus is beautifully green with numerous trees, ponds, and even charming residents like turtles and ducks. This serene environment enhances our learning experience, fostering creativity and concentration.

College Infrastructure
ALL THE REQURIED AMINITIES FOR WORLD CLASS INFRASTRUCTURE ARE THERE. LAB ROOM, LIBRARY AND STUDY ROOM. THE CMAPUS IS FULLY WI-FI , CLASSROOMS ARE DEGITALIESD. CANTEEN HAS THE HYGINIC FOOD BUT ONE CATCH IS ALL IN VEG IN THE CAMPUS.

College Infrastructure
UID has all necessary infra conducive to design education. It has state-of-the-art labs, well equipped classrooms, libraries, sport centres and hostels and all are very well maintained. Good and hygienic food.

The placement season is usually around December. In December 2016, 85% students were placed in companies like Microsoft, Samsung etc. The highest salary was around 30 lakhs. Job titles ranged from Senior UX designer to UI designer.

Dear Aspirant,
There are various institutes which provide interior design program without any pre requisite of educational qualification. For PG Diploma in Interior design one needs to pass graduation from any stream with minimum 55% from recognized university.
So being a civil engineer you can definitely pursue interior designing course
United World Institute of Design conducts their entrance exam on 26th of January 2020 for admissions across various design programmes offered at the institute. Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) and Master of Design (M.Des.), both the degrees will be offered on the basis of candidates’ performance in UID entrance exam 2019.
