the payment package is shown as 360,00 Rs in 2020........so my question is : Is th package given is monthly or annualy?

Company pays salary monthly or yearly.details of the salary mention by the company in call letter.if it is written 36000 p.a then it means they pay you this amount yearly p.a stands for per annum but if it is written as 36000 p.m company pays you this amount monthly.p.m stands for per month.

As I can se you've mentioned R's 36,000 I believe it's Monthly not Annually. If it's 3,60,000 then it could be LPA (Lakh Per Annum)
