I got 200116 CRL and 10235 SC rank in JEE mains 2019. I am from UttarPradesh. should I participate in JAC Delhi counseling or not???

HI there,
Hope you are doing well.
I am sorry to say but it would be better if you don't participate in JAC Delhi Counselling since you don't have a chance of getting any branch.
The last round lowest cutoffs for outside Delhi were as follows:-

NSIT/ NSUT:- MPAE - 1,42,000 CRL Rank
DTU:- Environmental Engineering - 1,58,000 CRL Rank
IIIT Delhi:- Computer Science and BioSciences - 1,02,000 CRL Rank
