Then, is there one book per subject? I don't believe there is. Say you're studying chemistry, you'll absolutely need two books, one for Organic and the other for Inorganic chemistry. I'll try to list two books per subject here.
- Chemistry - L.G. Wade(organic), NCERT(Inorganic)
- Maths - TMH. This book has examples as well as unsolved questions, this should suffice.
- Physics - HCV for theory, and past year papers for practice.
