If your marks is 398 is hard to get into govt college because they need higher marks if possible try with private institutions they offer seats with lower marks but their course fees will be higher if possible look for bds , bams and bhms these course will have lower cut off if possible try to study in abroad russia or ukraine if you goal to get medical colleges in govt try to give neet exam next year
