There is no such branch's package that you can compare with others.
The salary package is decided by the companies and your position and talents in the company.
Just like for CSE and IT, companies like Microsoft and Google offers high package, similarly for EC, EEE, ECE companies like nviedia and moto offers similar packages.
Hence you can't compare branch with package.
Just take the branch of your interest and excel in it.

Every engineering field has top companies which offer a quite high package. Be it Schlumberger to Facebook to Flow traders. You just need to be on the top of your respective branch. My suggestion is do not take a branch just because of the lucrative packages it offers. Choose a branch based on your interests. Every branch has something unique to offer. So study hard and follow your interests. You'll surely achieve success in life.

There is a vast choices of engineering related jobs but your salary depends on your skills and your attitude toward your work.
There are many companies which offer such a high packages to students both on campus and off campus.
Nowadays mostly these high packages are offered to CSE and IT related branch people for their work in coding ,web development and ethical hacking , etc
After that core companies offer a high salary to talented students for their work.

It is hard to find engineering related jobs which are offering 24 lakhs per annum. Though consulting, web developer or coding and few others have high paid jobs.

Depends on your position. Mostly I have not seen any company paying 24 lakh annually initially. No one does that. It depends on the position you are working for and how big the company is.
