B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2024-01-01
Academics
I am studying B.Tech in CSE. The quality of teaching is okay okay, not so bad and no so good also. Curriculum is good and it is mix of both the new curriculum+ old curriculum. We have option to choose extra subject during semester. We have subject like DSA, c++, web development using python and ML. We have 2 month classes after 6th semester to prepare for placements.
College Infra
Yes, college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.
College Infrastructure is good, we have labs with adequate computer systems. Classes are equipped with projector. We have 2 canteen, cricket ground, football ground, basketball ground and indoor game facilities like carrom, badminton court and chess. We have good staff for hygiene and cleanliness.
Campus Life
No event at all. In the final year, we saw first college fest. College do not provide any funding for events. We have clubs but of no use. Only gaming club are mostly engaging one, otherwise no activity from other clubs.
Campus is safe with proper security staff. We have 4 hostel which are very costly in the campus itself.
Placements
Placement is very bad. Max 15 company visited for the year 2024. Not able to bring the company, class promises to student. They don't allow student to do internship in 8th semester also even it is in syllabus.
Value For Money
Averagely, it cost 4 lakhs per year for other states students. In this fees, we can get better college with better placement in Bangalore.

Academics
Academics is very good and good for students development and above this teachers are very good and behave in professional manner which is too good and teachers are ready to solve every doubt that students has.
College Infra
Infrastructure is very best for students to learn because it gives experience and creates environment for development in terms of personality and mentality and college has a Library and wifi enabled at every class
Placements
Placement department is also inam very happy with the placement department because they bring many companies and package at graduation level is too good and motivating factor which gives confidence to students for future endeavours.

academics is very professional and looks for development of students and teachers are very good and always ready to help students and solve doubts syllabus is very good and easy to learn also overall its a good college

college infrastructure is very good and easily students get developed in terms of personality and academically and college has wifi at every area and floors are very clean and hygienic properly maintained .
Placements
placement department is best and too good and every students gets a handsome experience about how to face interview and students get placed and package is minimum 6 to 7 lakhs per annum and maximum 12 lakhs

I want to quit b.tech and join in B.A, I've completed 1st semister in CMR UNIVERSITY Bangalore, Am I eligible for taking my certificates back and join in another college? If yes do i need to pay the full fee for 4 years or 1st uear fee is enough.

There may be lot of issues due to which a student maynot be able to continue his/her degree. So, by explaining you current situation to your current institution in which you have completed your 1st semester, it is possible to leave the college legally and get your documents back
