I have done my bachelor degree in education and the teachers were very supportive and high-qualified, teach everything very well. The course curriculum is updated as per the present needs and the study really made me teacher job ready.
College Infra
The college has good infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The library has good collection of books and journals, magazines. The labs are working, there is wifi, sports center, hostels, gyms, are available. The living spaces are clean and hygienic food available.
Placements
The quality of placements at my college is not so good. Though the placement cell is working and the department brings schools and all for hiring students. The salary range is not so high so there is some drawbacks.

Academics
Anthropology department is really good. You will have diverse experience. Faculty are experts in diverse fields- social, cultural, and biological anthropology. There will be fieldwork surveys, research projects etc. The curriculum is mixed of theory and hands-on experiences, making learning both practical and academically enriching.
College Infra
The gauhati university anthropology departement has well-equipped labs for physical and cultural studies, library, hostels, sports center. the campus has wifi facility too. The campus is green and spacious, though some lab equipment could be updated for modern research needs.
Placements
There is limited direct placements but the program will prepare students for research, NGOs, other possible related fields. The departments helps students for ugc net and in guiding for academic career paths.

I'm in my 3rd semester of master of education, till now the interaction with teachers was pretty good they are very good at teaching. The curriculum is also updated and includes all the recent developments. I feel like the course will make me job ready in education field.
College Infra
In terms of infrastructure the college has good facilities, infrastructure and equipment. You will find all the necessary things within the campus or nearby the college. It has good laboratories, library, sport center. There is wifi facility at the campus which is a good thing. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.
Placements
As I have not experienced any placements directly but I have heard from seniors it's good. The placements cell is working and tries to bring more companies or organisation in the campus for students recruitment. But mostly it's good for technical courses rather than arts.

Sorry to say but Guwahati University does not offer any undergraduate course in Psychology. Most of its course offered are mainly Masters course and in Bachelor's it offers BA LLB course.You can visit its website for more information.
