College Infrastructure
Giving nice institutes for practical classes and good faculty who teaches well. For technical courses these are some good perks. Decent labs and classes overall and also depends on your study center .

IGNOU takes time to announce the results, sometimes the results for all the subjects are announced in a gradual way, Like, for instance in your case you got results for two papers only,similar in other programs also this happens as I said they announce results in a gradual manner.
