Madhusudan Law University (MLU), Cuttack is a state university that offers admission to various courses in law at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The college offers two undergraduate courses in law: a three-year LL.B and a five-year integrated B.A., LL.B (Hons). The duration of the three-year LL.B course is six semesters and the duration of the five-year integrated B.A. LL.B (Hons) course is ten semesters.

MLU Cuttack PhD Admission Procedure

• Appear for the entrance test conducted by the university or any other equivalent test.

• The entrance test consists of two parts: Part I is a written examination with 70 MCQs out of which 35 questions are from research methodology and 35 questions are from specific subjects mentioned in the regulation. Part II is a viva voce test for 30 marks. One has to secure 50% marks in both parts to qualify for admission.

• Complete the entrance test in 90 minutes and score at least 50% marks on each paper to qualify for admission.

• Attend the counselling and admission process at the university campus as per the schedule.
