MAU Placement Procedure 2024

• Students are required to register their names with the university's placement office.

• The university's placement cell extends invitations to various companies for participating in placement drives.

• Companies interested in recruiting from the university provide detailed job descriptions to the placement cell.

• The companies and the placement cell collaboratively select a suitable date for conducting the on-campus placement drive.

• Companies keen on hiring university students are encouraged to deliver pre-placement talks to provide insights about their organization and opportunities.

• Following the talks, companies proceed to shortlist resumes of interested students.

• The shortlisted student profiles are shared by the companies with the placement cell via email for the next stage, which is the final interviews.

• On the designated date, companies visit the university campus and conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates.

• Successful candidates are presented with offer letters from the companies. These letters outline the job profile and the terms of employment, confirming their selection for employment.
