• Qualifying for the entrance exam does not guarantee an applicant a place in a course. It shall be the candidate's obligation to ensure his/her eligibility and fulfilment of any other conditions for admission that may be specified in the university's rules and regulations.

• The PG entry price is non-refundable once paid. However, in the event of admission cancellation, the course price may be returned only within the last date of admission, as announced on the University website.

• If it is discovered that a candidate has knowingly or wilfully omitted or repressed any information/fact that makes him/her ineligible for PG admission, the admission will be revoked. He or she shall have no claim against the university. If necessary, the case will be referred to the police for any further action in the matter.

• If a dispute or controversy of any type develops during the admission process, the judgement of Ravenshaw University, Cuttack's Admission Committee shall be final in all such circumstances.
