Since, I am only in second year, this is based on the feedbacks I have got from the seniors. Official placement data looks good, with major companies visiting, but the highest packages are scarce. The highest salary is moderate and one needs to have a very good academic performance to be eligible for top roles.

Microbiology students like us, core placements are limited but the university does provide support through career guidance, resume-building sessions, and mock interviews. Companies from pharma, biotech, and healthcare sectors do visit, and some students get internships that later convert into full-time offers. Apart from domain-specific roles, students are also allowed to sit for jobs in EdTech, customer support, and research assistance roles.
