24 Months- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry is a full-time two years duration postgraduate course and it is offered by The University of North Bengal, Siliguri.
- The Department of Chemistry was established in the year 1963 and has been gradually developed since then by imparting higher education in Chemistry through its ongoing M.Sc and Ph.D. programs. The academic curricula and research programs have been designed and regularly updated with the primary focus to basics and emerging fields of chemistry.
Eligibility Criteria
- A Candidate must be Honours graduates [10+2+3 system] in Chemistry may be considered for admission to Master in Chemistry in any recognized University/college.
- The candidates with Honours Degree [10+2+3 system] in the respective subject from a recognized University shall be eligible to apply for admission to M.Sc courses. Candidates who have passed UG examination three years earlier or more before the year of admission shall not be eligible for admission to M.Sc Courses (e.g., the candidate passing UG examination in 2015 or before shall not be eligible for admission.
Admission Details
Selection of the Candidates of the University of North Bengal shall be made according to the strictly on merit basis in obtained marks in the qualifying Examination.
