FIEM Kolkata Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

Future Institute of Engineering and Management (FIEM), Kolkata offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate courses. FIEM Kolkata admissions are entrance-based. For FIEM Kolkata B.Tech admission, candidates are required to sit for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) followed by WBJEE counselling. The score of JEE Main is also considered for FIEM Kolkata B.Tech admission. 

Candidates seeking FIEM Kolkata MBA admission have to appear for MAT/JEMAT. Following that candidates who are shortlisted have to sit for JEMAT counselling process. FIEM Kolkata MCA admission is offered based on candidates’ performance in West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WB JECA). Later, the seats are filled up through WBJEE centralised counselling.

FIEM Kolkata B.Tech Admission Process 2024

• First, candidates must meet the FIEM Kolkata B.Tech eligibility criteria.

• Fill the WBJEE application form at the official website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.

• Appeared for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. 

• Candidates who have qualified scores in JEE Main can also apply for BTech admission at FIEM Kolkata.

• The exam conducting authority will declare the WBJEE result on the official website. 

• The merit list is prepared by WBJEEB after the declaration of the result.

• Candidates must meet the WBJEE cutoff. It is to be noted that the WBJEE cutoff is different for each category, course and institute selected by candidates.

• Shortlisted candidates must participate in WBJEE counselling which is conducted in an online mode.

• Following that, candidates have to select FIEM Kolkata as the preferred college for FIEM Kolkata BTech admission.

• To confirm the seat, candidates must get their documents verified and pay the FIEM Kolkata admission fees.

• 10% of seats are filled up from JEE Main through centralised counselling.

• 80% of seats are filled up from WBJEE through centralised counselling.

• 10% of seats are filled up through Management quota. (Subject to course-wise prior approval).

FIEM Kolkata MBA Admission Process 2024

• For FIEM Kolkata MBA admission, candidates have to fulfil the FIEM Kolkata MBA eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates are required to appear and secure a valid score in JEMAT or MAT. 

• Candidates who have appeared for MAT/JEMAT must visit the official website and fill out the FIEM Kolkata application form.

• Further, candidates who qualified the entrance exam have to appear for group discussion and personal interview.

• After qualifying the group discussion and personal interview, candidates are required to take part in JEMAT counselling. 

• The final selection of candidates is made based on entrance examination scores, academic credentials, group discussion and personal interview.

• Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and course fee payment.

FIEM Kolkata MCA Admission Process 2024

• Candidates are required to meet the FIEM Kolkata eligibility criteria before applying for admission.

• Next, candidates have to fill the WB JECA application form.

• Appear for West Bengal Joint Examination for Masters in Computer Applications (WB JECA) conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.

• Further, candidates who qualified the entrance exam need to participate in WB JECA counselling and choose FIEM Kolkata as their preferred college for admission.

• At last, candidates should get their documents verified and pay the FIEM Kolkata admission fee. 

• Two copies of a recent passport-size colour photograph

• Class 10th admit card/ certificate or birth certificate for verification of age

• Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate

• Higher Secondary (10+2) level or equivalent certificate

• Degree mark sheets (10+2+3) (applicable)

• WBJEE rank card

• Provisional allotment letter's printout

• Confirmation page of WBJEE 

• Domicile certificate and self-attested copy (only for West Bengal candidates)

• Caste certificate and self-attested copy (SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of West Bengal)

• Income certificate and self-attested copy for tuition fee waiver verification (only for West Bengal candidates)
