I'm studying in btech 1st (CE) branch..The of teaching at gandhi institute for technology is excellent. The teacher have good teaching skills and support to their students . College also provide study material for better understanding for students. Every semester college conduct the project for make students innovative.

The Gandhi Institute for Technology college is known for its modern and well-equipped infrastructure. The campus typically includes academic buildings, laboratories, libraries, sports facilities, hostels for students, and administrative offices. The college often focuses on providing a conducive environment for learning and research. Overall college infrastructure are good.
Placements
Placement of Gandhi institute for technology is satisfactory ,with around 85-90% student get placed.The average salary was 3-4 LPA.The process was smooth ,and college was supportive throughout , ensuring students had ample opportunities and resources .

Teaching quality is best. I learn many technique here. The course curriculum is upadate and include all recent developments in the field course we study make best for placement. And teachers are very friendly for us and also HOD
College Infra
Our clg have a very beautiful infrastructure. They provide us lots of facilities. All the laboratory have all the required equipment. Classroom are very big . Every hostel has its separate mess. The campus is so big and elegant also
Campus Life
Our clg has very fresh and healthy environment. It is really big and beautiful campus. The location is beautiful. Student can engage themselves in many activities as there are many events organised to show your talent.
Placements
Placement quality also very good. Every student got placed in our clg. 85℅placement.package of placement also very good our highest package is 10LPA and average package is 7 LPA and lowest is 3LPA.the clg is very supportive
Value For Money
Our clg provide us with many facility and equipment also provide us evening snacks which is great things they are using money wisely. I feel value for money here is good as the course cost per year is not high.

On such percentile any of the NITs/IIITs are difficult but you can get some GFTIs, if we go through previous year's data of seat allotment then on the basis of data mentioned in the question by you, you can go for the enlisted colleges: -

It is very difficult to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs with this OBC rank but you can try for the state level counselling, To know your admission possibilities in state level counselling, You can use JEE Main College Predictor tool.
