Academics
The academics is average and can be stressful sometimes, Teachers explain concepts clearly and help students understand both theory and practical topics. The syllabus is usually completed on time.ECE subjects like digital systems, communication, and microprocessors are taught with lab support, which helps learning. But some topics can be hard to grasp and need extra study outside class. A few teachers may cover topics fast, which can make it difficult for everyone to follow.
College Infra
The infrastructure is mostly good. The campus is clean and modern, with spacious and comfortable classrooms. There are labs available main departments. The main library has plenty of books and space for study, and Wi-Fi works in most areas, which helps students access online resources.On the downside, some labs can get crowded during busy hours, and a few pieces of equipment in older labs feel a bit outdated. Sometimes students have to wait their turn or practice on their own devices because access is limited. While the overall setup is solid, certain labs and tools could be further updated to match the latest industry standards.
Campus Life
The campus life is balanced and active. The campus is clean with modern facilities. There are regular events like cultural fests, technical fests, workshops, coding competitions, hackathons, sports meets, and club activites.
Placements
Some good companies visit the campus and hire ECE students, especially if they have strong technical skills and good communication. Students also get support from the placement cell with interview preparation and resume building.not all ECE students get placed through campus drives, and many offers are with average salary packages. Core electronics companies are fewer, so students often look for IT and software jobs or apply off campus
Value For Money
ECE at GITAM is okay for the money you pay. You get good classrooms, labs, and teachers, modern facilities which helps in learning.
But placements are average, and salaries are not very high. Some lab equipment could be better.
Overall, it’s worth it if you focus on learning and building skills on your own.

Academics are manageable. Teachers explain topics well, and exams and assignments are held regularly. The syllabus is finished on time. However, some subjects are difficult and need self-study. Sometimes it can be stressful
College Infra
The infrastructure is good..The campus buildings are modern, and classrooms are spacious and There are labs for different engineering streams,computer labs are properly set up. The library is large and quiet, with plenty of books and study space Wi-Fi works across campus, and basic facilities like clean washrooms, canteens, and seating areas are available. Sports grounds and indoor activity spaces are available. Hostel buildings are nearby with mess and food facilities.
Campus Life
Campus life is calm and comfortable. The campus is clean and green, with events, clubs, and sports happening sometimes. Overall it’s a peaceful place to study and relax.
Placements
Placements are okay but not excellent. Some good companies do visit the campus, and students with strong skills and good communication can get placed. On the downside, not all students get placed, and many offers come with average or low packages. Core company placements are limited.
Value For Money
The college gives good facilities, decent teaching, and a clean campus, so in that sense it offers fair value for the fees. You get proper classrooms, labs, library, and some support from the college.
They also organize cultural events, technical fests, workshops, and sports competitions.However, the fees are relatively high, and placements are average.

GITAM School of Technology has a strong academic curriculum, experienced faculty, and industry-oriented programs, but teaching quality varies by department and workload can be quite high.No spoon feeding.
College Infra
GITAM School of Technology offers modern infrastructure with smart classrooms, well-equipped labs, good hostels, and sports facilities. However, hostel food and fees could be improved.overall it is OK

GITAM School of Technology offers decent placements with top recruiters like TCS, Infosys, and Accenture. Average packages range from 4–6 LPA, with higher offers in CSE. Placement support is good, but results depend on student performance.
