• Candidates must first register for the POLYCET entrance exam conducted by the Department of Technical Education, AP/ SBTET-AP. 

• Candidates have to appear for the POLYCET AP entrance exam and secure a good rank. 

• As soon as the result of AP POLYCET is declared, a detailed notification will be published in daily newspapers, inviting the students to attend the certificate verification process and option entry/ choice filling. 

• Candidates may also get the details about the web-based counselling and venues for certificate verification will be available at - appolycet.nic. 

• Candidates must select the Government Polytechnic Dharmavaram as their preferred choice. 

• The authority will release the allotment list. 

• Candidates must get their documents verified at the designated centre to confirm their allotted seats. 

• Final admissions will be based on the entrance score, seat allotment process, document verification process, and fee payment.
