Invertis Institute of Management Studies which is also known as IIMS Bareilly, a renowned Institution in Uttar Pradesh. IIMS Bareilly was approved by AICTE and was recognised by UGC. The college offers courses at three levels which are undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in the field of management and commerce.

Invertis Institute of Management Studies provides full-time UG and PG programmes such as BBA, B.Com (Hons), MBA, MCom and PhD. in Management. The institute focuses on experiential learning, industrial exposure, and entrepreneurial development with a strong faculty base.

Since the institute is a part of Invertis University, Bareilly, it conducts admissions based on the Invertis University Common Admission Test (IUCAT) and also accepts scores from national-level exams like CAT/ MAT/ATMA/MBA. The eligibility criteria and selection process vary by programme.

The college also offers placement facilities, where the dedicated faculty looks after training and placement services for all the students who are eligible to get the services. As per current placement records for the year 2023 - 2025, the IIMS Bareilly’s highest placement package offered so far is Rs 45,00,000 and more than 30,000 students placed so far with the help of placement team. Apart from this the college offers numerous other facilities like hostels, spots, auditoriums and many more.
