RIT Sangli Placements
RIT Sangli has campus placements for students in their final year that are managed by a placement department. In order to facilitate the training and placement of students, the RIT Sangli placement department acts as a bridge between students and companies. The RIT Sangli placement cell organises campus interviews and assists students in developing their leadership, interviewing and communication skills.
The RIT Sangli placements are conducted on campus and off campus. 409 UG students and 21 PG students got placed during the 2023 RIT Sangli placement drive. The details of the RIT Sangli placement process are given below.
RIT Sangli Placement Process 2024
The training and placement cell invites the companies for the placement drives.
The companies conduct pre-placement talks at the KE Society's Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sangli.
Student's resumes are sent to the recruiters and the preliminary stage shortlisting of candidates
The group discussions and personal interview rounds are conducted by the company.
A list of selected students will be sent to the RIT Sangli training and placement cell.

Placements are not that much if we talk about placements then you will get the placements in cse and it departments and if we talk about other branches its dead and packages are low and mechanical and civil branches aree having less placements

Placement of college is well but Now a days because of Covid 19 Recession occurs and less students are get placed. But still CS and IT Department having above average placement ratio. College mostly depends on mass Hiring Companies.
