      Academics

Alright, let's talk academics at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech – it's like the brainiac HQ, but in a cool way. The classes aren't your typical snoozefests; they're like knowledge-packed parties. Profs here aren't just teachers; they're the guides to the academic adventure. And labs? They're not those boring places where you daydream about escape routes. Nah, these labs are where the real action happens. It's like science meets a mini rollercoaster – hands-on and a bit wild.

      College Infra

At Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech, it's not just about hitting the books – it's a whole experience! Picture this: classrooms that aren't snooze-fests but lively spaces where learning's actually fun. They've got the cool gear to make it happen, making every lecture a bit of an adventure. And labs? They're not the boring kind; they're like mini wonderlands where you get your hands dirty and really get what you're studying.

      Campus Life

Ah, the campus life at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech is like a rollercoaster – some thrilling highs, a few mundane loops, but an adventure overall. The good stuff? The campus is a melting pot of personalities. From tech geeks to sports enthusiasts, you'll find your tribe. The cultural fests and events inject life into the routine, making sure boredom takes a back seat. And hey, the green spaces? Perfect for those "I need a break" moments. But, let's not sugarcoat it.

      Placements

When it comes to placements at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech, it's kind of like the middle child – not grabbing the spotlight, but holding its own. The job scene is there, but it's not breaking the internet. You know, you won't find Fortune 500 companies camping outside, but you won't be sending out resumes into a black hole either. The placement game is steady. Some land dream gigs, some hustle a bit for the right fit. It's not a job bonanza, but it's not a job apocalypse either.

      Value For Money

When it comes to value for money, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Tech has a mixed bag of offerings. Tuition fees won't break the bank, but it's not exactly a budget-friendly haven either. You're not swimming in student debt, but you might need to count your pennies. On the bright side, the facilities on campus do add some bang for your buck. Decent classrooms, labs that don't make you feel like you're in a time machine, and a library that's more than just a room with books – it's a plus.

Some teachers are great! Others are a little dependent on how you dress up in college and seem judgemental. Female teachers never are in favour of girls, marks are given based on attendance, and not on skills

      College Infra

No AC in labs, no seating area in Canteen, painting of building is half done. It’s suffocating during summers as no ventilation is there in the building. One must seriously consider maintaining the building

      Campus Life

Okayish. There is no campus for campus life ? there’s a lawn type thing in the center of the building but we aren’t allowed to sit there during lectures hours. We can’t write assignments in library.

      Placements

Not so sure about placements, because mostly people apply for GRE and GMAT and do not opt for placements via college. Although, according to our teachers around 80 students get placed out of 120, so seems great ig

      Value For Money

Okayish. There are many who pay less fee under caste reservations, but i am sure that people who pay around 1.5 lakhs per year are paying for nothing! The building maintenance is not done, no ac in lab etc

I'm studying computer engg. while the syllabus comes from Mumbai University, it still isn't that advanced and recent developments in fields are usually ignored and mainly core subjects are taught. For jobs one should learn it outside of college.

      College Infra

While the college has washrooms for both boys and girls on every floor, the college lacks to have a hostel for students. Laboratories are present on each floor though they are usually very small holding a maximum capacity of 20 students.

      Campus Life

While the college campus is small, many activities are conducted in the college lawn as well as the college ground. The location of the college is safe. Different activities like cultural fests, marathons, sports and technical events are conducted in the college.

      Placements

The quality of placements in the college is quite okay and the average salary offered this year was 6 lpa. The highest package is usually bagged by computer department students. The placement process is usually quite simple.

      Value For Money

The cost of course was around 1.25 lakh. As mentioned before, mainly core subjects are taught. Though they strengthen the foundation of students, the students still need latest technical knowledge on various subjects.

      Dear aspirant,

I would recommend you to take up computer science and engineering because electronics and telecommunication should be opted only if you have interest in electronics otherwise not.

Ece branch is really a tough one to deal it rather than computer science. You can take cse in a bit
