Yes M.B.B.S. degree is necessary for studying MPH in National Institute of Epidemiology .
Eligibility criterias for MPH in National Institute of Epidemiology are :-
- M.B.B.S. degree recognized by Medical Council of India
- Working in public health, preferably in State or Central Government Department or in Medical institutions,
