Academics

The faculty here is very sincere, supportive and knowledgeble and would help you clear your doubts Since the college is now autonomous, most of its syllabus has been updated. The faculty supports and builds your reasoning from scratch.

College Infra

The college infrastructure is really nice and clean with one disadvantage of it being located outside of the city area The mess food is hygienic and is average taste wise with a menu for a month at once The living spaces are nice and clean with all updated facilities.

Campus Life

The campus life is normally mediocre with nothing much to do as the hostel gates close at 9:30 for boys and 7:30 for girls. There are few sports facilities such as the football ground and basketball court along with an outdoor gym to exercise and a library for refence materials The location is about 16km away from kanpur's biggest station- the kanpur central

Placements

Most of the higher package is mostly off campus but other placements which average around 10lpa are on campus. Around 80% of students are placed per year in the cs core branch The placements largely depend on the quality of the students of the respective batch

Value For Money

The cost per year is 3lakh rupees inclusive of hostel and mess facilities The facilities such as library is good for studying

The collge provide good infrasture and support to students.

Academics

The professors of the college are good . They provide lots of information to the students related to the studies . They also motivate the students . Some teachers also advise and guide the Student whatever they want to do in their career . The assignment are conducted by the collge it may be 3 or 4 . The class test are also conducted and last the pre university.

College Infra

The infrastructure of this college is good . They provide lots of facilities to the student such as Labs for different departments. In this collge there is also a research lab which help the student to do various project . This collge provide the hostel facility to the students . There is also a library in which student can sit an learn . The library is very best for the hostellers because for the hostellers they provide extra time and the hostellers can learn in a peace . There is also some ports for charging.

Placements

The collge provide the campus placement to the students . According to me the placement is average . The collge provide mock interview tto the students . Soft skills classes are held for the students to better in their career .

Academics

Course curriculum is quiet releveant as compared to other private colleges as there are PSA (Problem Solving Aspect), VT (Verbal Training) from the first year, which makes student industry ready. Exams are moderate level but a little tougher than AKTU exams.

College Infra

The infrastructure is good, almost all the classrooms have facilities of ACs and projectors, except for some labs. There are more than enough books in the library, from simple semester books to competition books for CAT, GATE, and PYQs. The hostel is also good, except it is very strict; you need to call your parents for permission when you are going outside.

Campus Life

Campus life is not bad. Because we have to move freely from any place, but at a particular time. For girls, they can move outside by 7 pm, and for boys, it is approximately 9:30 pm. After that, no one will be allowed to go outside the hostel.

Placements

The placement of he student that are shown in the holding is not actual, but from the students that are allowed to appear for the placement, maximum chances are that they will get placed. The minimum package is not known to everyone, but it should be not less than 3-4 LPA.

Value For Money

Value for money is overall ok, ok because they take a lot of money. But they don't provide that much. They didn't allow the club to organize any type of fest, or they don't allow making noise on the college campus. But they teach and make us industry-ready.

I have got 65% in jee mains can I get admission in psit

The admissions to any universities or colleges are given based on your rank. Your rank could be between 358050 - 402500 approximately based on your overall percentile.

According to previous year cutoffs, yes you can get admission in PSIT Kanpur. You can get admission in various B.Tech programs.
