RSET Kochi Placements
Every year, RSET Kochi placement drives are arranged by the training and placement department of Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology. 408 students from RSET UG and PG degrees are placed in various organisations, according to RSET Kochi placement statistics from NIRF 2024.
The RSET placement cell also maintains a strong network with leading companies and invites them for campus placements. The placement cell of RSET organises various activities such as placement training, mock interviews, aptitude tests, resume writing, career guidance, industry interaction and campus recruitment.

RSET Placement Procedure
The placement cell provides career guidance to students to help them understand their career goals and the skills required in the industry.

Placements were good. Those don't have back papers will somehow be placed in any one of the companies which take part in placements. More than 20 to 30 comes for placement. L&T RMC Shoba developers like these many companies come for placements. Also, there is a placement cell in our campus itself, which help us to get prepared for the aptitude test, group discussions and interview. During the 3 rd year, there is also mock placement for these companies which would help us to get prepared for our main placements.

Rajagiri always had the best placement records when compared to other private colleges in Kerala. Because of the adjacent industrial area, placements were high. The companies which visit Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology for recruiting were mostly IT companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Infosys, TCS, CTS, Bosch, Standard Charted Bank, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro and Infosys. The average pay package offered was around 4-5 LPA. Consistently around 90-95% of the students got a job offer. Last year, more than 97% students got placed. Companies like Deloitte also visits campus for recruitment. This was one of the best choice for career focused students.
