The Training and Placement (T&P) Cell is essential to students' quest for outstanding employment possibilities. The SCTR's Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune placement cell acts as an airfield for the young undergraduate and postgraduate students' flights to farther-reaching destinations and unfathomable altitudes.
The PICT Pune placement process is open to all students who meet the requirements outlined by the Institute and the companies. The SCTR's Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Pune feels privileged to house the many businesses falling under the "DREAM JOBS'' category.

PICT Pune Placement Process
"Placement Orientation Session" is the first step in the placement procedure. It includes information about the T&P cell's goals, institutional policies, placement statistics, and standards.
At the conclusion of the sixth semester of engineering, students can register to enroll for the on-campus placement. Students submit the related documents for verification.
The T&P Cell invites businesses to participate in placement by providing them with necessary data such as placement reports.
A company registration form is circulated among the students to confirm their registration after receiving the profile/job description, eligibility requirements, and CTC from the companies.
Following that, the registered students are scheduled for Pre-Placement Connect at the mutual convenience of the institution and the company.
The T&P cell coordinates the planning and execution of the recruitment process.
T&P Cell receives the company's list of the chosen students and formally notifies the students of their acceptance.

Our college has an outstanding placement. Around 90% of students gets placed remaining 10% some are not interested in Placement and some go for higher studies. Highest salary offered for the year 2023-24 is 33LPA and average is around 12-14LPA. Placement process was very smooth and our college do support us in it.
