if we take admission from management quota the total fees is 22 lakhs for 5.5 yearsn

The fee structure for Sumatibhai Shah Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Malwadi, Pune for the academic year 2021-2022 was as following . The fees for BAMS course may change for new academic year.
• Interim Fee for 70% Government Quota - Rs. 1,78,000/- per year
• Interim Fee for 15% All India

I am scoring 210 marks neet this year from OBC category from Maharashtra. Can I get admission in this clg? If yes then what is fee for me??

It's very ambiguous from the question as from which college do you seek MBBS.
But considering your score to be 210, it will be very difficult for you to pursue MBBS degree from any college.
