i want to know about if students did not pass NEET exam then is it possible to take admission in your university?

You did not mention about which college you are talking. However, in order to get admission in any MBBS college in India, it is mandatory to qualify NEET . There is no other option. Even if you go through management quota, you must have secured atleast the minimum
