Yes you have to apply separately for SDA and selection will be done based on your CAT or NMAt scorews. In general a score of 180-195 in NMAT shall allow you to get admission into SDA if you have a decent profile sonce the selection is profile based and not score based. Cat percentile of 92-93 is also good enough to get into SDA.
