For the IMT PGDM common admission process, you can apply with valid scores in CAT, XAT, or GMAT. These are the exams IMT uses to shortlist candidates for the next rounds, which include critical thinking, group discussion, and personal interview. IMT Ghaziabad does not accept CMAT scores for PGDM admissions, but CMAT may be considered at the IMT Nagpur campus.

IMT evaluates any valid national test score you submit that meets their eligibility and cut-off criteria. There is no need for all selected exam results to be declared before they start shortlisting. They will consider the best score among the accepted exams (CAT, XAT, GMAT) that meets the cut-off.

If you meet the CAT or XAT cut-off, IMT will use that score for shortlisting, even if your CMAT result is still pending. You don’t have to wait for all exam results to be available before they start making interview calls.
