• Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further for the recruitment process.

• Recruiters will then fix dates to visit the campus to conduct the recruitment process via various steps including a Written Test, Group discussion and Interviews. 

• Students need to appear and qualify for a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.

• Students of Dr BR Ambedkar Open University who will qualify for the written test also need to qualify for Group discussions on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students.
