24 MonthsThe goal of the full-time M.Tech program is to equip students to become professionals for the high-end jobs. The program is based on the best practice models at top universities across the world. IIIT-Delhi offers degrees in the areas of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).
Eligibility Criteria
Both GATE and Non GATE candidates are eligible to apply for admission with B.Tech/BE in ECE/EE (& its allied areas) or MSc in Electronics (for ECE) with a CGPA of at least 7.00 out of 10 or 65% marks.
IIIT-Delhi provides relaxation to SC, ST, OBC, PwD and CW category candidates. Specifically, candidates under these categories must have a CGPA of at least 6.0 out of 10 or 60% in their qualifying degree. Applicants who do not satisfy the above criteria will not be considered for admission
Admission Details
Candidates with valid GATE score will only be eligible for M.Tech Assistantship. GATE score above the qualifying marks announced by GATE in the respective year will be considered valid. For CSE, “CS” GATE paper and for ECE, “EC/EE/IN” GATE paper will be considered.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is awesome and they have a big campus with proper classrooms, WIFI and hostel facilities in the campus. They have world class facilities for food and accommodations, also living spaces are regularly cleaned.

The Campus and college infrastructure is beautiful at IIIT Delhi where you will have clean grounds, open spaces, good libraries, well equipped laboraties etc. They also have smartboards in each classroom.

Good college infra and facilities. All the equipments are provided to us by the college and the support is impeccable. We have libraries, sports center and hostel with wifi, food and smart boards for the education.
